Once you have downloaded the app, “Create an Account” within the app. Remember to use the same username and password for each household so that there won’t be any doubling up!
If your furbaby has more than one pawrent, both pawrents will use the same username and login for the app. You can then add multiple pets on the app (for the lucky ones!)
