This place gave us the best experience we and our dog have ever had at the vet’s! They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, incredibly friendly reception staff, nurses, and the vet Adrian was so comprehensive and kind. You can tell there’s a genuine love for animals. The perfect environment when you’re anxious or your pet is in pain, very calming and warm. We’re definitely going to stick to this practice – we’re so grateful we found it.

It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for the My Vet Animal Hospital.
It has been an absolute delight for us pet lovers/ owners, since they opened up in our local Waterloo and Zetalnd area a year and a half ago.

Cherlene Lee and her team are amazing and offer a brilliant service for all pet lovers and they are indeed experts in their field , plus incredibly informative and above all – extremely friendly and so so so pet friendly, it is like home away from home for our pets, every time we need to visit.
The My Vet premises are so modern and clean, warm, functional and they have almost all services available on site including blood tests x ray equipment ++++ Most importantly they make you feel so welcome and are all so friendly – what a difference that makes, compared with some of our past experiences.

How do I know?

Well I have a 19 year old silky terrier Billy Boy and an 8 year old Shmoodle Bam Bam and they are so happy to be in the hands of the My Vet Hospital team.

They go above and beyond what is required as a business, including follow up calls by the team to check in on our furry friends, after every visit. Additionally, they run free seminars at the local Zetalnd Park for all pet owners and their pets, to assist us all understand how to get the best results for our furry family members.

We all love our pet family members and they certainly love our pets too, it is great having such a wonderful service and My Vet Animal Hospital as part of our community.
Thank you to the entire team – you guys are awesome and have the best Vet Hospital that we have ever attended in all our years as pet lovers.

MyVet are one of the best Veterinarian’s we have had the pleasure of bringing our fur-babies to. We have visited MyVet for the four years we lived in the area and we always enjoyed our visits when it came to check-up and vaccination time, if we didn’t live too far away now we would still bring our kitties to see them for all required visits.

The minute you walk in the door you are always met with a friendly greeting, regardless of how many pets are waiting to be seen. The vet who takes care of your pet not only addresses any potential issues on hand but with their vast knowledge, will give you options on what is best for your pets health, be it a dental issue or even regulating food portions for your kitty (who may be sneaking in the extra treat from time to time). This conversation is always had with you and your pet whilst they’re smothered in lots of cuddles.

On a serious note, outside of the regular vet visits, on more than one occasion MyVet have gone above and beyond for our family. We have had issues with one of our kitties and MyVet have leapt to the rescue providing care and options where we thought we had none. MyVet want nothing more than what is best for your animal, and for everything they have done, we are FURever grateful.

My frenchie, Bancho, and I love love love going to My Vet to see Dr Cherlene Lee and her team. They are all super friendly and passionate about what they do with our four legged friends. I get anxiety every time I notice something that is remotely wrong with my pup, but all the doctors and nurses are very patient and helpful even if I ask them a billion questions. They go above and beyond for all the furbabies and human clients that go in, and extend their help and services to after business hours when need be.

I have heard of many good things about My Vet’s professional team from my sister, who has been bringing her maltese x pomeranian to My Vet for the last 10 years, but I have only experienced it first hand since March this year when I brought my puppy home – i’ve always known my pup is in good hands since day 1

Brought both my kits down to MyVet last week and oh my!.., I totally love their 5 star clinic! It’s cleaner then my bedroom! And fully equipped with all those technologies with separate facilities for cats and dogs.

Since my kits gets stressed easily Dr Cherlene was fast and efficient in administering their vaccinations, deworming and health checks. I don’t think my kits even realize what’s going on. So, don’t let that pretty face fool you. She’s really good with terror cats who can put up a fight! I’m definitely coming back to this 5 star clinic. Dr Cherlene is passionate about her animals and her human clients! And she never fails to educate her clients with tips on pet care. Her warm and friendly approach makes it easy to communicate and know why my pets behave in a certain way. I always walked away with more knowledge after speaking with her. Thanks heaps Dr Cherlene!
